CEO & Founder
Phil Ciccone is the founder and senior officer of onCloud. He has over 20 years IT technical experience including programming, systems engineering and management. Phil began his career as a bench tech at CompuTech and rose rapidly through his career into programming and management.
In 2000 Phil started CyberWEB Hosting Networks, providing internet hosting and web services for several hundred clients out of a state of the art server farm he built, and within a high tech data center. Phil leveraged technology to keep maintenance and operations requirements low, while keeping service levels high, enabling him to establish a high availability, leading edge hosting service with low overhead. As technology evolved, Phil began to strategically reposition CyberWEB into a cloud service platform. The infrastructure for such a move was established to support his hosting clients, and he became one of the first companies to offer outsourced virtual cloud computing and phone service.
Phil is a Microsoft, Citrix and a VMware Certified Professional.
Val is onCloud’s primary Help Desk support person. He brings over a decade of remote help desk support experience, which includes several years with Convergys, the world’s leading out-source support provider. While there, Val received world class training in remote applications and help desk support; training and skills he uses to provide top tier remote support for our diverse set of clients.
Director of Sales and Marketing
Dave started working in Telecommunications back in 1996 with Illuminet in Olympia Washington. He spent 3 years there in their Online Services Group handling everything from Toll Free troubleshooting to LNP support. He and his family then moved out to Georgia and Dave started working with KMC Telecom as an LSR specialist and LNP Support. He stayed with KMC for a year before taking a Traffic Engineering position at UUnet / WorldCom. He worked with them for 10 years and worked with numerous groups within the organization such as LNP Support and Team Lead, Network Provisioner and Circuit Design Engineer. During that period of time, the company sold and became Verizon Business.
Director of Operations
Debby is a seasoned senior manager bringing with her, years of experience ranging from start-ups through Fortune 500 companies. She brings experience from multiple business sectors such facilities management and healthcare, in addition to her IT background. Debby is a client-focused, globally engaged leader who provides visionary leadership through goal setting and accountability to drive client success.
In her early career, Debby was a key player with a large dial-up Internet provider. She possesses not only management skills, but worked hands-on developing websites, providing technical support, software development testing and back-end infrastructure. More recently, Debby utilized her talents in a Program Manager role, providing SaaS to clients worldwide.
A PMP professional, Debby brings great experience in scaling large projects and ensuring customer success. Her areas of experience include strategic planning, operations management, complex program management, creative problem solving, value analysis, training program development, exceptional communication skills, process transformation, client relationship development, and cross-functional team leadership.
